Zepter Museum
Private museum housing a significant collection of contemporary Serbian art from the second half of the 20th century.
The Zepter Museum, founded in 2010, stands as Serbia’s first private museum in the heart of Belgrade. Housed in the historic former First Croatian Savings Bank building on Knez Mihailova Street, it showcases a remarkable collection of contemporary Serbian art from the second half of the 20th century. The museum features over 350 works by 132 artists, including paintings, sculptures, drawings, and installations. The permanent exhibition spans three conceptually designed floors, with notable works by influential Serbian painter Petar Lubarda on the upper floor. The museum’s location near the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts places it at the center of Belgrade’s cultural landscape.
