ULUS

Since 1989 Gallery ULUS has been located in the very heart of Belgrade in Knez Mihailova street. Along with Cvijeta Zuzorić Art Pavilion, this venue represents mostly the art of ULUS members.
ULUS stands for Udruženje likovnih umetnika Srbije, which is the Association of Fine Artists of Serbia. It’s one of the oldest unions in Serbia & its history goes back to 1919. The original reasons for establishing the association of artists more than a century ago were to resolve the professional and status issues of artists in society. Today, ULUS has more than 2500 members & annually organises over 20 solo exhibitions of contemporary visual production and over 10 collective exhibitions.
